We’re not just planners — we’re advocates, educators, and listeners. Every member of our team is dedicated to our goal of walking families through long-term care decisions with clarity and compassion.
SFAA is funded through public contributions and community partnerships.
Our 501(c)(3) status allows us to serve clients in need with little or no cost, and every donation goes directly toward helping families access care.
