Is your service really free?

Yes — most of our services are free for qualifying clients. If any legal or paid service is needed, we’ll tell you up front.

What do I need to bring to the consultation?

The most important thing to bring is 6 months of bank statements from all accounts with the Medicaid applicant’s name on them. This allows us to quickly assess the applicant’s financial picture and identify any issues that could affect Medicaid eligibility.

Do I have to come into the office for my consultation?

Not at all. Most of our meetings are held online for your convenience. If you’re scheduled for an in-person appointment, we’re happy to switch to a virtual meeting — just let us know in advance.
